The Design Of Ideological And Political Course In The Background Of New Curriculum

Teaching objective is the soul of teaching, the premise of the teaching effect, the specific process of curriculum goals, as well as the starting point and end-result of teaching activities,with its functions such as controlling, evaluating, and motivating. The author found that in the actual teaching practice some teachers didn’t realize the importance of the design of teaching goal, the existing problems and the teaching goal design randomness.Therefore, the author applies the method of literature research, action research and so on to a thorough research of design of the objective of ideological and political classes. Based on the "Outline of Curriculum Reform of Elementary Education " issued by the Ministry of Education in our country, the teaching goal of this study is identified as three-dimensional targets of "knowledge and skills, process and methods, emotion and attitude". This article will talk from the meaning and functions of the teaching goal,This article will analyze problems existing and reasons in the design of teaching goal of ideological and political lesson, and further explore its base, values, principles and strategies of its design of teaching goal. The innovation of this article is that more attention is paid to preliminary analysis of developing the teaching goal, including schools, class, and student analysis, analysis of teachers’ ability and status, analysis of different class learning efficiency, as well as analysis of teaching material contents and teaching task. Before making an individualized teaching goal, sufficient analysis should be finished at first. And, of course, some unexpected situation may appear in class which should took into consideration in setting the teaching goal and design a spare teaching goal at the same time.Standardizing teaching objective design and formulating scientific and rational political education course objective play importantly theoretical and practical significance to the improvement of the teaching quality and effect, as well as to the all-round development of students’ knowledge, ability and emotion.
