With the reform of English teaching pushing forward, the main regard of foreignlanguage education has gradually shifted from the language elements into the practical abilityof using language. Not just pay attention to the writing, but communicative purpose of theEnglish study was widely recognized. Not only the writing ability, but also the speakingability should be held by students, and these are education demands to highlight the individualcharacter. Meanwhile, the evaluation method that focused on test scores has been changed topay attention to develop students’ awareness of independent study and to meet the differentlearning requirement. Therefore, English teaching has been widely recognized, and oralEnglish teaching has also been given more and more attention, while the ability of Englishcommunication has gradually been noticed by the entire education field.Multimedia technology has been gradually applied to English teaching, but the specificEnglish teaching method considering characteristics of teaching based on multimediatechnique for middle school is still a lack of thorough research. At the same time, the teachingmode, which has been applied in oral English teaching for middle school students, is still lackof advanced technology. The application of efficient and diverse multimedia technology in theteaching of students’ spoken English in junior middle school with excellent integration will bea very meaningful attempt. Based on constructivism theory, cooperative learning theory andhumanism theory, the teaching mode in multimedia environment for collaborative oralEnglish classroom in junior middle school was constructed, and through the experimentalmethod, classroom observation method and interview method, this mode has been proved foroperation. Experimental method includes experimental, statistical, comparative analysis tofocus on the research topic selection. Classroom observation method combined with thefeatures of the course of oral English teaching and the specific arrangement of courseimplementation. Classroom observation was carried out in accordance with the step ofteaching frame diagram and on the basis of specific content of classroom observationdimension tables. New media method of oral English teaching created a languageenvironment where students are accustomed to speak from the heart. And the students do notexclude foreign language anymore, and can learn English thinking to avoid Chinglish way.This method has the feasibility of Multimedia English teaching in junior middle school. At thesame time, a general principle was set up based on the teaching mode and made the modemore standardized and operable. And some reference will be provided for Multimedia English teaching in the future. This mode of teaching can enhance students’ English learningconfidence and arouse their interest in learning spoken English. And students’ language outputof instinct was constructed by teaching materials with characteristic of multimedia and byteaching inspiration with characteristic of the mode. Finally, students’ spoken English levelwill be improved.
