Research On Rural Primary School’s Home-school Cooperation Of Ningxia

In recent years, with the social from all walks of life paying more attention to the school cooperation,a growing awareness of people to the home school cooperation understanding also gradually deepened. Family and school are the most important education system, which both have a consistent goal, promoting the development of the child’s overall health. Therefore, common goal promote the cooperation between family and school’s and make it possible for parent-school collaboration. However, in the daily parent-school cooperation, there are also many problems which are harmful to the healthy development of students. Therefore, how to make it more successful is a big problem.In all aspects of the rural conditions are relatively poor, parent-school cooperative problem is more outstanding. Therefore, the study on this research in rural areas, selected county in Ningxia rural primary school teachers and parents as the research object. The article mainly focus on parent-school cooperative concept, mode, content, frequency, channels to research. The survey found that the current problems that exist in the parent-school cooperative mainly has the following several aspects:firstly, family and school are unclear about the conception of parent-school cooperative; Secondly, the way to carry out parent-school cooperative is relative single; thirdly, cooperation content, is narrow and can not meet the needs of partners; Finally, frequency of the cooperation is low and the channel is not clear.The article combined with local actual situation, in view of the problems that exist in the parent-school cooperative from the aspects of schools, teachers and families puts forward the corresponding solution strategy.Schools are committed to help the two sides reached consensus on the cooperation between family, make responsibility clear, strengthen the school-based research. At the same time, the school set up professional departments which are responsible for parent-school collaboration, increasing parent-school cooperative evaluation system, carrying out the new way of cooperation.Teachers must strengthen the teacher’s own professional attainment, at the same time enhance cooperation concept.Parents also should deepen the understanding of the family school cooperation, actively organize take part in the activities in the home between school and parents selection mechanism, elected model parents.
