| Family is the earliest"school"for children,and parents are the "first teacher"of children.Family education,social education and school education work together to promote the healthy growth of teenagers.The"overlapping mode"of education is becoming an important trend in the construction of modern school system.At present,home-school cooperation,as an important measure to deepen the teaching reform and the construction of modern school system,is widely implemented in urban and rural primary and secondary schools across the country.However,home-school cooperation has not attracted enough attention from parents,schools and the government.In this study,a rural boarding primary school in yongping county,yunnan province was selected as a case study to study the home-school cooperative governance of the school by means of literature research,interview,questionnaire survey and other methods.Questionnaire survey and interview data show that home-school cooperation plays a positive role in the growth of primary school students.First,when teachers communicate with their parents,the results show a homogeneity.That is,when teachers communicate with their parents,92.7%of students think their parents understand them better,and 93.5%of students think their teachers understand them better.Second,the more parents know about their children in school,the better their children do in class.Third,the more confident students are about their study,the better their performance ranking will be.However,this study also found that there are some problems in home-school cooperation in this primary school,such as little cooperation,low rate of information exchange,contradiction between the needs of students and their parents,lack of active communication between parents and the school,and poor satisfaction of students’physical and mental needs for healthy growth.To be specific,first,in terms of student accommodation and life management.The number of home-school contacts is low,the responsibility belongs to the dislocation,the school lacks the attention to the student’s emotion,the campus life is single,the student’s inside and outside the school security lacks the safeguard,the student’s emotion lacks the communication.However,students hope to participate in the collective activities of the school together with their parents and hope their parents can teach them the truth of being a human being.Second,in terms of academic management.The lack of parents’ education level leads to the absence of guidance and supervision of children’s study,imperfect school structure,less professional teachers of music,physical beauty,heavy teaching tasks and low work efficiency,and insufficient knowledge learning and ability of students.From the perspective of educational governance,the objective reasons that hinder home-school cooperation are poor school-running conditions,backward school-running philosophy,heavy task of teachers and insufficient cooperation ability of parents.Therefore,this study suggests that schools should implement some home-school cooperation mechanisms to play a leading role;The government and the community should actively guide the multiple subjects inside and outside the school to participate in the school management and realize the"good governance"of the school. |
