With geography curriculum reform deepening, the geography effective teaching is becoming more and more important. Geographical origin knowledge is the key and difficult points in high school geography teaching content, but for this kind of knowledge, effective teaching theory research are relatively few. In this paper, the author researches on the effective teaching of geographic origin knowledge to meet the needs of deepening reform, and to meet the needs of the development of the teachers and students.In this paper, based on teaching process optimization theory, constructivism theory, meaningful learning theory, logic theory, the author designed questionnaire and the effective teaching evaluation standard causes about geographical origin knowledge using the method of analysis of literature and consulting experts, Then,the author investigates the geographical origin knowledge effective teaching present situation through the questionnaire and classroom video observation.Through investigation, the author found that main problems of geographical origin knowledge teaching have the following points:Teachers too much emphasis on the knowledge of target that ignore the process and methods and emotional attitude and values objectives effectively; Teachers select single teaching method that ignores the predominantly student practice teaching methods; When teachers use teaching media, they ignore the combination of traditional teaching media and the modern teaching media; Teachers’ development of teaching resources lack of contacting with student actual life; Teachers don’t attaches great importance to evaluation of students, lacking of timely, diversity and supportive evaluation; Teachers classroom time allocation is unreasonable that teachers’leading time is too long and students’ activities of the time is too short; teachers’behaviors tend to direct infusion that lacking of effective guide for students.To solve above problems, the author put forward several macro strategies of geographical origin knowledge effective teaching:Developing resources of life; Choosing a variety of teaching methods; Using kinds of teaching media; To carry out the diversified teaching evaluation; The implementation of effective teaching behavior. Then, Combining with the characteristics of different types geographical origin knowledge, the author put forward the effective teaching strategies of micro:Effective teaching strategies of geographical distribution of genetic knowledge:Using Landscape image to stimulate interest in learning; Building a mind map to cultivate logical thinking; Comparatively analyzing map to improve the ability of reading. Effective teaching strategies of geographic process causes knowledge:Model demonstration, changing passive to active; Using the animation and video to intuitive auxiliary teaching; Through observation and investigation to get into the geographic world; Simulation experiments to show the geographic process; Using correlation diagram to gradually derive geographical origin. Effective teaching strategies of geographical characteristics formation independent induction to summarize characteristics; Comparing similarities and differences to clear characteristic difference; Establishment situation, learning useful geography; Comprehensive analysis to improve the overall quality; Case teaching to enrich the learning content.
