The learning platform construction of lifelong education in Yunnan Province, is to meet public diversified learning needs.an important way to promote lifelong learning and lifelong learning in Yunnan province,an important initiatives to implement of quality education in Yunnan Province,construct of lifelong education system in Yunnan Province,realize of the learning society in Yunnan Province. With the development of Internet technology, advance of educational information and development of the idea of lifelong education,to optimize the construction of lifelong learning platform in Yunnan Province,put forward scientific and reasonable development strategy of the platform,to promote the development of lifelong education learning platform in Yunnan province and perfect the system of lifelong education in Yunnan province is of great significance.This thesis takes lifelong education as the main theoretical foundation,with the help of humanism, constructivism, connectivism of the theory thought,analysis of the platform by using AHP-SWOT method. First,through the analysis of the concept of literature method, inquiry method and SWOT analysis method,establishing a hierarchical model of the internal and external environmental factors of lifelong learning platform in Yunnan Province.After that,designing the environmental factors of lifelong education learning platform in Yunnan Province,and select experts from the leading personnels in the platform, teaching resource managements, technical management personnels and professors and lifelong education,evaluation of each layer factors of the internal and external environmental factors in the questionnaire.using AHP method to calculate the weighted value of each layer index,combined with expert opinion, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats in the internal and external environment of the platform are determined.Finally,according to the above four kinds of factors of the total weighted value,constructing the SWOT quadrilateral of the internal and external environmental factors of the lifelong education learning platform in Yunnan province,specific strategies for the future development of the positioning platform.Main research conclusions:First,11 opportunities,4 threat factors in the external environment and 11 dominant factors,10 factors of in the internal environment of the lifelong learning platform of Yunnan province were determined. Second,combined with AHP weight analysis results,the platform should adopt WO development strategy,that is making use of the external opportunities to make up of internal deficiency.Third.based on the AHP-SWOT method, the study platform of lifelong education in Yunnan province is analyzed,putting forward strengthening government support,enhancing the quality of courses,enhancing the teaching effect,strengthening learning support services,Improving the construction and promotion of lifelong learning platform of five aspects of the platform development strategies recommendations.
