In the light of Basic Education New Curriculum Reform, the English classroom of secondary vocational school is supposed to guide students to actively participate in classroom education situation and interactive classroom. However, of the process of classroom activities, a large number of interactive forms are malformed,false,and inefficient. Only with effective classroom management behaviors and strategy-based innovative skills and methods can secondary vocational English interactive classroom avoid inefficient state of chaos to ensure the effective organization and management. According to the Curriculum Reform and interactive characteristics and management status, classroom strategy research is necessary.A study on English interactive classroom management of A Polytechnic in Z City, Guangdong Province by three questionnaires: "Interactive Classroom", ”Efficient Classroom Teaching Situation Investigation" and "English Interactive Classroom Management Strategies") with a total of 28 questions, 4 classes, 50 students and 4 English teachers as research objects to study and analyze classroom management situation and problems. The research and data analysis showed that:(1)The relevance between interactive classroom management and interactive classroom teaching is found. Between a teacher and students insufficient emotional communication; Boring interactive contents and forms; little sense of successful experience; bad classroom environment, ignorance of students’ mood; lack of interactive classroom discipline and management strategies.(2)By methods of questionnaire, interview and observation can find interactive classroom management situation, to solve the practical existing problems.(3)Four theories of communicative action, cooperative learning, behavior modification and effective teaching have qualitative rules and guidance to English interactive classroom management of secondary vocational school.(4)With classroom management 7 factors of 3 dimensions and, 7 strategies: time, circumstance, objective, discipline; instructional resource & strategy and cognitive strategy. It has a positive meaning to classroom management reconstruction.This essay has four parts. Part 1 is the introduction of interactive classroom management status, contents & methods, theories and some definitions. Part 2 is classroom management situation and problem analysis results. Part 3 has operational methods: time, circumstance, objective, discipline; instructional resource & strategy and cognitive strategy management of classroom. Part 4 is inspiration and insufficiency of this essay.
