In the context of information age,more and more computer teachers applying the teaching mode of flipped classroom which in line with the development of information technology into computer classroom.The emergence of flipped classroom has injected new vitality into the classroom teaching of computer,but it also brings a lot of management problems.At present,only by studying the problems and causes of the flipped classroom,through the joint efforts of all parties,can we take the corresponding measures to reform and improve the level of classroom management.This study used literature research,observation,interview,questionnaire and action research to carry out research.The author summarized the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the classroom management through the literature review of relevant literatures at home and abroad.Secondly,the author conducted interview survey and questionnaire survey through 11 teachers engaged in computer teaching and5 classes students in secondary vocational schools,has got an objective and comprehensive understanding of the current secondary vocational school flipped classroom management status,summed up the impact factors of secondary vocational schools in the classroom management.Thirdly,we selected the students of class 1 of 2016 Applied Computer in our school for the study,and carried out three rounds of action research on the flipped classroom management,used the method of the “plan-action-observation – reflection” to find out problems,and then summarized the management strategies of flipped classroom in secondary vocational schools.This paper proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the flipped classroom management strategies in the computer flipped classroom management,and perfects the theoretical research on the reform of classroom management in China.It will lay a theoretical foundation for further study on the reform of classroom management,provide support and help for the next flipped classroom teaching management,especially provides rules for computer teachers in the process of flipped classroom management.
