The experts point out that,as a huge group,the intellectual disabilities are lace of the interpersonal skills which is the premise for them to join society and live well.As an important of social work,social work for the disabled is lack of mature working mode as well.In this field,people are always focus on the theory more than using special methods according to their characteristic, it do little to the intellectual disabilities.This research is on the basis of the intellectual disabilities’ characteristic,combined with the treatment group work to develop their interpersonal skills.The author selected 8 students from Jinchang training-school using game、simulation、manual activity、graffiti、outside activity to treat their interpersonal expression,interpersonal emotion control and interpersonal communication.Record their behavior and change after each activity,estimate all the team members to analyze the feasibility of Social work intervention on the intellectual disabilities child interpersonal communication,explore the way of helping the intellectual disabilities child interpersonal communication,find an effective social work model.
