A Study On Group Work Intervenes Interpersonal Interaction Cognition Ability Of People With Intellectual Disability

As a citizen of a country,people with disabilities have a variety of needs and the right to participate in various social affairs.Through the satisfaction of participation and participation in social affairs,socialization is finally smoothly achieved.Compared with disabled people such as physical disability and visual disability,intellectual disabilities have weaker intellectual activity and adaptive behavior,and it is particularly important to cultivate the ability of mentally disabled people.The academic community generally believes that the medical rehabilitation of people with mental disabilities is a basic need.Education,employment,social adaptation,and social integration are high-level needs for people with mental disabilities to achieve socialization goals smoothly.In this paper,i use the mirror I theory,cognitive development theory and human relations theory as theoretical basis of research,based on interviews and participatory observation research methods,combined with the group work method and professional social worker's skills to organize "interpersonal cognition" group activities to intellectual disabilities of Hui Ling day day care center in Lanzhou.After multiple evaluations,the cognitive ability of people with mental disorders has been improved.Through the group work,the author sums up the practice of effective and feasible method,in order to be able to social work intervention mental disabilities interpersonal cognition study provides some valuable reference,as well as mental disabilities of their interpersonal cognitive skills to provide effective way to solve social work level,promote the use of social work in the community.Through the study of group activities,it is concluded that the group working method is not only feasible but also has some advantages in involving the interpersonal communication and cognitive ability of people with intellectual disability.There are two innovations in this paper : On the one hand,author from "interpersonal cognition",relying on the mirror in my theory,cognitive development theory that interpersonal relationship theory,through the group activities to help the service objects improve self-awareness and to others of human cognitive ability,enlarge the service object of interpersonal cognitive ability,help them realize socialization goal successfully.This study breaks through the previous studies onrehabilitation and psychology of people with mental disorders.On the other hand,the research in this paper has been raised to the perspective of social integration and welfare of people with mental disorders,calling for attention from different levels not only to the people with mental disorders themselves,but also to the high-level needs of people with mental disorders from the perspective of social participation.
