In the information Era, digital technology has been applied in education field on and on. At recent year, a manner of one-to-one digital learning with electronic school bag develops rapidly, and related research develops constantly. This thesis focuses on practical issues in one-to-one digital learning from the side of senior high school biology study using the method of theoretical analysis integrate with teaching practice. First of all, preparation from teacher, student and school for one-to-one digital learning should be done, such as enhancing information quality, changing character’s positions, increasing distribution of resource and so on. Secondly, this thesis focuses on two key questions of education practice. One question is how to carry out teaching design. Whiter proposes the teaching method of “leader to master”. The teacher plays leading role and meanwhile the students are in the master position during biology study. The general procedure is introduced accordingly. The other question is which teaching method should be taken. Two mixed teaching methods which integrate traditional teaching method with one-to-one digital learning teaching method are proposed according to the actual requirements and feature in senior high school biology study. One teaching method is one-to-one digital learning based on exploration activities. Another teaching method is one-to-one digital learning based on learning guidance. The different applications between two methods were discovered during the process of new lessons, review lessons and laboratory lessons through the study of many samples. Advantages and disadvantages of one-to-one digital learning in biology study were found through students’ questionnaire survey and Study results contrast before and after practice. Questions and suggestions should be paid attention to in the actual practice are listed on the paper. And the thesis points out after research and establishes the foundation for integration between one-to-one digital learning teaching method and subject study.
