Research objective:In this paper,HR and TSI are used to analysis the characteristics of three different endurance tests and the impacts on adolescent's cardiopulmonary endurance, which include the 3-minute timing run,400-meter fixed-distance run and 20-meter shuttle tun tests. It aims to find a set of economic, easy monitoring and promoting and effective adolescent cardiopulmonary endurance monitoring methods,so as to improve the scientific and effectiveness of adolescent cardiopulmonary endurance monitoring indicators.Research method:This study has randomly selected 40 students aged from 11 to 12 years old from SanYuanLi Primary School in Guangzhou, including 20 boys and 20 girls, whose average ages are 10.5 ± 0.51 years.Three different endurance tests including the3-minute timing run,400-meter fixed-distance run and 20-meter shuttle tun are used to test adolescent cardiopulmonary endurance.During the test, the Polar Team2 HR monitor and the Potarmon Oxygen Monitor were used to monitor the HR and TSI.HR and TSI are used to analysis the characteristics of three different endurance tests and the impacts on adolescent cardiopulmonary endurance. The dynamic change characteristics of the HR and TSI of the three different tests were analyzed by EXCEL2007 and SPSS 19.0,and the personal dynamic data map was made by excel2007.Independent samples T test are used on subjects of different gender.Three groups of different test items were compared by single factor analysis of variance,P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Research results:(1)There are substantial decline in TSI in three different tests among the male group and female group, and then gradually rose to maintain a certain level, and decline the the last slight.Among them, the TSI of the 3minute run and 400 mi run reach its lowest value at the first minute, and the TSI of the shuttle run reach its lowest value at the second minute. The situation in Figure 4.1?Figure 4.2 and Figure4.3 is similar to above.Which the shuttle run has the largest decline among the male group and female group, followed by the 400 m run,and the 3minute run is the smallest.(2)The 3minute run of the male group and female group reaches strenuousexercise intensity at the first minute. The 400 m run of the male group reaches strenuous exercise intensity at the first minute, and the 400 m run of female group reaches strenuous exercise intensity at the second minute. There is no significant difference in the Mean HR and the last HR among the three tests(P> 0.05),but the final heart rate of the male and female group: the shuttle run> 3minute run> 400 m run,the average heart rate of male and female group: 3minute run> the shuttle run>400m run.(3)There was no significant correlation between TSI and heart rate changes in the three project tests. But the regularity of TSI and HR of the 3minute run and 400 m run is similar each other.(4)The O2 Hb concentration variables of different test items have a brief decline and then slowly rise in a process. In the first three minutes, the O2 Hb concentration variables of the 3minute run is the biggest, and the 400 m run is the second, the shuttle run is smallest.(5)Among the male subjects, the highest percentage of the intense intensity3 minute run, which is 86.7±16.6%.The highest percentage of the high intensity and moderate intensity is shuttle run, which is 8.5 ±7.4% and 8.5±7.5%.Among the male subjects,he highest percentage of the intense intensity 400 me run, which is78.2±13.8%.The highest percentage of the high intensity and moderate intensity is shuttle run, which is 15.0±11.5% and 13.4±10.4%.(6)The time and distance of shuttle run of male and female groups is significantly higher than 400 m run and 3minute run.(P <0.01),and the time and distance of400 m run of male and female groups is significantly lower than shuttle run and 3minute run.(P <0.01),(7)The degree of self-induced fatigue after the 400 m run test was significantly lower than 20 m shuttle run and 3minute run.(P <0.01).(8)There was no significant correlation between Brog and other indexes(Run Speed,Time,Distance,TSI and HR)(P> 0.05).Research conclusion:1.The Subjects' aerobic metabolism percentage in the local muscle tissue of the20 m shuttle run is the highest among the three tests. The 20 m shuttle run can reflect the aerobic capacity of muscle tissue more effectively. Therefore 20 meters shuttle runis better than the 3-minure run and 400-meter run in monitoring the adolescent cardiopulmonary endurance.2.The HR reserve of shuttle run is larger than the other two test items.Therefore20 m shuttle run is better than the 3-minute run and the 400-meter run in monitoring the level of adolescent cardiopulmonary endurance.3.The proportion time of violent intensity of 20 meters shuttle is the lowest, the proportion time of large intensity and medium intensity of the shuttle run is the highest. Therefore 20 m shuttle run is better than the 3-minute run and the 400-meter run in monitoring the level of adolescent cardiopulmonary endurance.4.The fluctuation range of O2 Hb concentration in the 20-meter shuttle run is smaller than 3-minute run and 400-meter run, therefore the oxygen supply of the Cardiopulmonary system to the muscle tissue of the 20 m shuttle run is more stable.5.The time of the 400-meter run is shorter, the 400-meter run exercise load on subjects is limited, which caused the Brog value of the 400-meter after the test is significantly lower than the others. So that the effectiveness of the 400-meter run endurance test is doubted.
