Having been the new craze in education circle, MOOC (massive open online courses) quickly occupies higher education market on account of some features such as big data, interactivity, openness and so on. Serving as the product of "Internet+ education", MOOC plays a crucial role in promoting education reform when the fourth generation education which marks "student-centered" is approaching.The curriculum of moral and ideological education is seen as the first priority among all college compulsory courses. "Ideology and Moral Cultivation & Basics of Law"is the first lecture for those who enter university and have the curriculum of moral and ideological education lesson; it’s arguable that the "Ideology and Moral Cultivation & Basics of Law" plays a considerable part in enlightening students’ wisdom. However, the traditional course "Ideology and Moral Cultivation & Basics of Law" is more and more a dangerous obstruction gripping students themselves personalized learning needs because of teaching environment instructional mode、teaching method as well as evaluation. Blended teaching based on MOOC of "Ideology and Moral Cultivation & Basics of Law", to some degree, alleviate the embarrassment, and provide ideas and methods to reform the curriculum of moral and ideological education.On the basis of review of the literature, this paper considers educational ecology theory as theoretical basis. The paper firstly reflects on the ecological imbalance of the course "Ideology and Moral Cultivation & Basics of Law", and then it analyzes the characteristics, factors and functions of the course blending MOOC of "Ideology and Moral Cultivation & Basics of Law", based on that, the author designs the questionnaire with the help of combining Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology and Uses and Gratifications Approach. Through the survey, the paper finds several problem concerning the course blending MOOC of "Ideology and Moral Cultivation & Basics of Law" in Yunnan University as follows:the physical factors are not perfect, which is noted as inadequate promotion efforts of studying materials; the lack of mental characters, which is noted as shortage of emotional interaction and experience; the lack of standard factors, which is noted as biased teaching strategies and inadequate teaching evaluation; the social factors are not perfect, which is noted as the conversion of teacher-student relationship is not in place. To solve these problems presented, we are supposed to optimize these four factors, and build a sustainable learning ecosystem of the course blending MOOC of "Ideology and Moral Cultivation & Basics of Law" in Yunnan University, so as to ensure the quality of of the course blending MOOC of "Ideology and Moral Cultivation & Basics of Law".
