In 2001,the outline of basic education curriculum reform(Trial Implementation)made clear the important role of art education in the development of quality education and the promotion of students' all-round development,and stipulated that art course is a compulsory course in the nine-year compulsory education stage.In 2011,the Ministry of Education promulgated the compulsory education fine arts curriculum standard(2011 Edition),which stipulates that the art education in compulsory education stage should allow all students to participate in art learning,so that each student can develop on their own original basis.There is a certain gap in the economic,cultural and educational resources between urban and rural areas in China,which makes the development of art teaching in rural areas is relatively slow compared with urban areas.In some township schools with relatively backward economic conditions in Henan Province,the fine arts education has not received due attention in the specific implementation process,which is extremely inconsistent with the goal of carrying out quality education to promote the overall development of students.This paper takes the C junior high school in Yuanyang County as the research object,uses questionnaire survey,interview survey and observation method to find out the problems in the process of art education,and puts forward feasible countermeasures.Through the collation and analysis of the survey data,this paper objectively presents the current situation of art education in the school from three aspects: the understanding of art education,teaching development and educational resource allocation.In terms of the understanding of art education,students are more passive in accepting art education,teachers and school leaders have "sideline" bias,and parents pay more attention to the achievements of cultural courses;in the aspect of teaching development,students' parents pay more attention to the achievements of cultural courses The teaching mode is traditional teaching;the quality of teaching staff is not high and the allocation of teaching equipment is not complete.Through the analysis of the current situation,this paper analyzes the problems offine arts education in C Junior High School of Yuanyang County from three angles of students and their parents,teachers and students.Firstly,students and parents have deviation in understanding of art education,students neglect art education and parents misunderstand art education;secondly,some teachers have slack mood in art teaching,which shows that they stick to the established teaching model Third,the school art education work is not perfect,which is manifested in the unreasonable arrangement of class hours and the imbalance of teaching facilities distribution.According to the above problems,this paper puts forward three promotion measures: to deepen the understanding by clarifying the importance of art education and increasing the publicity of art education;to promote the optimization of resource allocation by coordinating teacher resources and balancing hardware facilities;and to promote classroom teaching efficiency by improving classroom teaching efficiency and developing classroom teaching resources.
