Interest is people trying to understand something or some activity of positive emotions, it can cultivate the students’ curiosity, to inspire students’ learning motivation, strong so that they work hard, study hard. Now primary school students English study interest in fact, the reason for decline in the importance of English and English study interest (cognitive errors), why don’t students willing to learn English? How to cultivate interest in learning English? Arouse the students’interest in learning English, and keep the lasting interest, make it into a continuous and stable learning motivation, become the key to the elementary school English teaching. Is also the aim of this study.Paper will take the situated cognition theory as the breakthrough point, and action research as the leading factor, enclosed by literature research, interview method and questionnaire survey, through the way such as library books, network database, according to the theory to practice to collect training students English study interest of successful cases, then under natural conditions, according to certain plans, to understand the Shanghai primary school English classroom teaching, in order to obtain data and information for primary school students English study interest in learning and to provide technical support for the primary school English classroom teaching in Shanghai.Through explore the situated cognition theory, empirical research and analysis of questionnaire survey data collection, the paper on how to cultivate and improve pupil’s interest in learning English to make the following findings and conclusions:first, use of audio, video and other audio-visual teaching method transplant situation. Second. Express learning content in the form of a song. 3. Design for the game scene.4. Using recognition education on writing. Anyhow, maximize the subjectivity of the students, let students learn English happily, teachers need to build a democratic, with interest in the teaching environment, so as to improve the students’learning enthusiasm, to produce good teaching effect and promote the development of students’physical and mental health. Education management major countermeasures and strategy are discussed on the following three aspects:a, student management measures and strategies; Second, teachers management countermeasures and strategies; Three, class management measures and strategies.The innovation of the paper is that based on the existing theory and experience accumulation, on the basis of situated cognition theory as the theoretical background of this study, the concentrated extract of training, improve study interest related theory, from the point of a line of English teachers, to the primary school English classroom teaching how to dig and cultivate the students’ interest in English learning, training methods, ways and applicability of analysis and research, exploration, analysis to cultivate students English study interest, to understand the Shanghai primary school English classroom teaching, to cultivate students English study interest, thus helps English teachers improve their teaching level and education quality.
