With the rapid development of modern competitive sports,competition in competitive sports is becoming increasingly fierce.In particular,due to its remarkable characteristics of competitive sports and performance,the public is paying more and more attention to it and enjoying it.Practice has shown that athletes are a special group,always bearing the pressure of training and competition.Athletes who want to achieve good results not only need good physical fitness and skills,but also need to have a good psychological quality.Inverse quotient and emotional intelligence are the important psychological qualities that influence athletes to win the competition.The athletes with high IQ have strong willpower and good thinking and reaction ability in training and competition,and can try to find a way to solve problems to get out of difficulties.Emotionally intelligent athletes can give full play to their advantages in training and competition,regulate their emotions and motivate themselves so as to overcome difficulties and win.Therefore,this study to the Inner Mongolia autonomous region who 138 different level athletes as the research object,selects the questionnaire surveymethod for different levels of athletes quotient and emotional intelligence research,in-depth analysis with emotional intelligence quotient of the function and significance of the athletes and the correlation between them,for the athletes selecting,training and competition to provide good theoretical basis and practical methods,at the same time hope that this study can be related to fill gaps in the field or inadequate.The results of this study are as follows:1.The average of the overall inverse quotient of the athletes was127.69±14.436,which was at a medium level.2.There was no significant difference between the level 2 and level3 athletes' inverse quotient(p>0.05),and there were significant differences between the other levels(p<0.01).3.The quotient of male athletes in addition to the primary and secondary levels,secondary and tertiary levels between there is no significant difference(p>0.05),there were significant differences between the rest of the various levels(p<0.05),female athletes between quotient in addition to the secondary and tertiary level there is no significant difference(p>0.05),there were significant differences between the rest of the various levels(p<0.05);Shooting and archery athletes quotient between each level there are significant differences(p<0.05),walking and quotient of middle-distance race athletes in addition to the primary and tertiary level,secondary and tertiary levels,and there is no significantdifference between level 4 level(p>0.05),there were significant differences between the rest of the various levels(p<0.05),boxing and wrestling athletes in addition to the primary level and the level of the secondary and tertiary level,secondary and tertiary levels,there is no significant difference between the quotient(p>0.05),there were significant differences between the rest of the various levels(p<0.05).4.The average emotional intelligence of the athletes is 101.03 ±20.039,which is at an average level.5.Athletes at level 1,level 2,level 3 and level 4 all had significant differences with EQ of athletes at level 5(p<0.05),while there was no significant difference between EQ of athletes at other levels(p>0.05).6.There were significant differences between the EQ of male athletes at level 1,level 2,level 4 and level 5(p<0.05),while there were significant differences between the EQ of female athletes at level 1,level2 and level 5(p<0.05).Shooting and archery athletes level of emotional intelligence in the primary and tertiary level and five levels between the significant difference(p<0.05),and walking between the level of emotional intelligence in the middle-distance race athletes are there is no significant difference(p>0.05),boxing and wrestling athletes level of emotional intelligence in the secondary and tertiary level and level between five significant difference(p<0.05).7.There is a positive linear correlation between the inverse quotientand EQ(Pearson coefficient r=0.434).Their unary linear regression equation is: inverse quotient =93.136+0.312* EQ.8.Athletes' inverse quotient and emotional intelligence are influenced by different levels and events.
