Helping others, it is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, but also the whole society should advocate and practice the core values. In today’s society, this great ideal personality and behavior, seems to have been forgotten, especially for the "90" college students, not in so seriously. In building a socialist harmonious society today, the spirit of helping others is a socialist new interpersonal performance. Willing to help others, respect for the most practical. It showed people care, caring, considerate. Others have difficulty, ready to help; there are disputes between people, zealous mediation; others have shortcomings or errors can be pointed out in good faith. It is necessary to strengthen the "90" Students cultivate the spirit of helping others, and it will be within the spirit of helping others in mind, conscious behavior into helping others.In this paper, the Marxist theory, making data base related concepts and empirical investigation, from "90" Necessity Students helpfulness cultivation, combined with "90" Characteristics of current college students helping others spirit Cultivation status quo and causes of the problems, and explore under the new historical conditions, how to strengthen the "90" Students helpfulness nurture and guide them to inspire the spirit of helping others.Empirical studies show that the current "90" Students helpfulness appeared the following issues:first, the lack of love. This is reflected in the lack of humanity of their parents, friends, others and society, affection, love. Second, the lack of sense of responsibility.
