Review class is the highlight of junior high school,junior high school physics knowledge for students has a certain degree of difficulty,and due to the pressure of entering a higher school,time is urgent,leading to heavy review task.In order to pursue the teaching effect,in the review,teachers often use a unified large class teaching method,unable to take into account the individual differences of students.However,the "one size fits all" review method can not meet the concept of "facing all students" advocated by the new curriculum reform,which makes the differentiation of students more polarized.For some students,it is difficult to achieve the effect of review.Hierarchical teaching advocates "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" on the premise of respecting the individual differences of students,and emphasizes that students at all levels can get the maximum development on the original basis,which is also an important reason for the continuous attention of numerous researchers in recent years.Through consulting the literature,this study clarified the operation procedure of hierarchical teaching;By interviewing the junior physics teachers in three different types of middle schools in Nanning,we can find out the common teaching methods in the review class and how to solve the problem of students' individual differences in teaching;The questionnaire includes students' learning situation(students' learning interest,self-confidence and enthusiasm),teaching situation(students' views on physics review teaching),physical classroom environment(teachers' attention to students,classroom atmosphere),and so on Reviewing homework(students' views on homework after class)and students' acceptance of hierarchical review reflect some disadvantages in current reviewing class.Combined with the analysis of curriculum standards,teaching materials,high school entrance examination in recent years and learning situation,different teaching requirements are put forward for students at different levels.On the basis of the above,taking the pressure and buoyancy which are difficult for students to master as examples,the corresponding study plan design,teaching design and hierarchical design of homework are carried out.On the basis of the above,take the buoyancy and pressure which are difficult for students to master as examples to design the corresponding guidance plan.The guidance plan takes the standard knowledge as the main line,carries on the invisible stratification through the students' completion,and then carries on the corresponding teaching design and homework hierarchical design.Taking an ordinary class as the experimental teaching class,the review teaching is carried out in the way of invisible stratification.After teaching practice,from the students' interviews and classroom teaching results,it is found that hierarchical review teaching improves the students' interest in physics learning at different levels to a certain extent,students with weak foundation can more actively participate in the review class,and students with solid foundation can better summarize methods and skills in solving problems.Hierarchical review teaching improves the teaching efficiency of review class to a certain extent,and also promotes the teaching ability of physics teachers.
