Since the reform and opening-up, the Pearl River Delta region as the leading sender of foreign economic development, great achievements have been made. In promoting the economic development of our country also put forward higher demand for talent. So as to promote the rapid development of higher vocational education in the Pearl River Delta. Higher vocational education as a part of higher education, under the situation of the reform of the economic development and steadily, the society put forward higher request to the development of higher vocational colleges. However, higher vocational education in our country at present is still in development stage, the education goal and quality need to be improved.For in an impregnable position in the wave of competition, in order to meet the needs of the society for skills training, the higher vocational colleges constantly committed to reform and innovation, improve school conditions, teaching conditions. Each also aware of the vocational education of higher vocational colleges should reform breakthrough will need to start from the teaching methods, by exploring new path, innovative talent training model, to explore suitable teaching mode for the sustainable development of higher vocational education. On the other hand, the social economy and the rapid development of modern science and technology, more and more enterprise development speed and scale, is becoming more and more heavy and complicated affairs makes the importance of secretary gradually emerge. In this premise, the development of colleges and universities needs through personnel training and teaching methods, teaching management, and so on in-depth reform and optimization, to provide enterprises with the various stages of development of talent demand, strive to achieve the ultimate goal of training professional skills talents.In the course of middle school curriculum standards, how to explore new methods of students learning, improve students’ learning interest, improve the efficiency of teachers’teaching, has gradually become the hot spots in the field of education and academic research. To this end, this paper is to flip the classroom in the middle school geography teaching application as the research object, through the comparative analysis and questionnaire survey to understand the present situation of the teaching methods in middle school geography teaching methods, and through the comparison of the two groups of objects in the teaching method and the teaching method to change the results, prove that the method is effective for the geography teaching of middle school students. At the same time, through the questionnaire survey to explore the students’ awareness and interest in the application of the flipped classroom method to the geography teaching, and find that it can really enhance the students’ interest in learning geography.Through the research of this paper, we can get the following conclusions:(1) In the process of case teaching method in practical application to strengthen interaction and communication between teachers and students; to improve students’analysis ability, practice ability; improve teachers’ comprehensive ability.(2) This question is tested by the objective evaluation of classroom test scores, students self evaluation, three party evaluation of the third techniques to flip the classroom teaching method in middle school students in the process of geography teaching content, knowledge receiving ability, learning interest and other aspects of the application of the effect of the test. From the results of the research, we can see that the case teaching method play an important role in the teaching to stimulate students interest in learning, enhance students’ innovative consciousness and team cooperation consciousness, etc. By enhancing students’ learning initiative, improve the style of study, so as to continuously strengthen the management of school education.(3) This paper is based on the positive effect of the classroom teaching method, analyze the actual cases in secretarial teaching of HX technical college.and puts forward the corresponding suggestions. To explore the practical teaching methods, in order to enhance the effect of teaching and learning, improve the quality of higher vocational education.Through the research of this paper, this paper is to provide a real and effective theoretical analysis of the improvement of the quality of middle school geography teaching in our country, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of middle school geography education in China.
