At a national ideological and political work conference in 2016,President Xi Jinping pointed out: "To use new media technology to make work active,promote a high degree of integration between the traditional advantage of ideological and political work and information technology,enhance the sense of the times and attractiveness." As a response to government orders,colleges and universities including higher vocational colleges are implementing ideological and political course reform,the course of situation and policy reform is part of it.Under the background of education informatization,many colleges and universities seek to take advantage of the superiority of technology to promote teaching reform of the course of situation and policy.Web-Based Instruction is a new teaching method and teaching tool for education resulting from Internet plus.Therefore the application of network teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges "situation and policy" provides a new way for the reform of education and teaching.In order to make the research more scientific and authentic,the author designs the Web-Based Instruction method of the course of Situation and Policy and selects a chapter make specific case design,under the background of Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology to further deepen the reform of education and teaching,basing on the teaching situation of the school at present,combining with the network teaching platform.The Web-Based Instruction method in this paper can provide front-line teachers with teaching ideas and teaching methods and help solve problems in Web-Based Instruction.The method has high reference value and provides a reference method for Web-Based Instruction Method of the Course of Situation and Policy in Higher Vocational Colleges.The paper is divided into six parts,the specific content is as follows:The first part is the introduction,mainly expounds the research background,research status at home and abroad,research questions,research significance and research methods;The second part is the definition of Web-Based Instruction,summarizes the characteristics of network teaching and the advantages in the classroom teaching;The third part analyzes the current situation of the teaching of the course of situation and policy in higher vocational colleges,and summarizes the specific problems in the actual teaching situation of Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology.The fourth part is the Research Web-Based Instruction Method.This part specifically elaborates four common Web-Based Instruction methods.The fifth part is the design of Web-Based Instruction method.Based on the background of the teaching reform in Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology,the part analyzes the characteristics of the current teaching,the students in the colleges and reform project of teaching situation;Based on the actual situation,the paper designs Web-Based Instruction method of the course of situation and policy for one semester.The Web-Based Instruction method is divided into real-time classroom,network teaching and Internet learning.Then paper selects a chapter to make specific case design in the course of situation and policy.Finally,through the communication with the teachers,the paper summarizes the expected effect and problems of Web-Based Instruction.The Sixth part is the conclusion and prospect,mainly elaborates this research summary and the insufficiency,simultaneously proposes the prospect to the Web-Based Instruction of the course of situation and policy in higher vocational colleges.
