In recent years,the state has advocated vigorous development of secondary vocational education,and the need for teaching reform in secondary vocational colleges is also growing.PBL is the abbreviation of Problem-Based Learning in English.It is problem-based learning,in which students are placed in real and complex problem situations,students are the main body,and students are organized to explore and solve problems together in the form of group cooperation,so as to improve students' comprehensive abilities of thinking,logic,analysis and problem-solving.PBL is in line with the current goal of training secretarial professionals in secondary vocational schools,the goal of curriculum reform and teaching reform in secondary vocational education,and the requirements of the characteristics of secretarial students in secondary vocational schools.The training goal of secondary vocational education in our country is to provide a large number of first-line applied talents for the society.Secretarial Practice is the core course of secretarial major in secondary vocational schools.While infusing students with theoretical knowledge,we should also pay attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability and logical thinking ability so as to achieve the teaching standard of integration of theory and practice.However,at present,in the classroom teaching of Secretarial Practice in secondary vocational school,there are still some problems,such as teaching subject knowledge mainly,students are the recipients of knowledge,and students have less opportunities to learn and explore independently.In order to change the current teaching dilemma,enhance the role of curriculum teaching in the cultivation of innovative skilled talents and improve students' ability,the author applies PBL to the classroom teaching of Secretarial Practice in secondary vocational school,trying to explore a more scientific and effective teaching,so that students can explore in groups,solve problems together and evaluate each other.Based on the problems existing in the classroom teaching of Secretarial Practice in secondary vocational school,the author conducts the following specific research:Firstly,the author combs the literature about PBL through literature research method,understands the basic research situation of PBL,and analyses the relevant theoretical basis and influencing factors of PBL.Secondly,it analyses the current situation of Secretarial Practice in secondary vocational school,interprets the curriculum,teaching materials and teaching contents of secretarial practice,analyses its curriculum design ideas,training objectives and students' learning conditions,explores the matching degree between PBL and relevant contents in curriculum standards,and finds out the tools suitable for PBL to be applied to Secretarial Practice in Secondary Vocational school through the analysis of textbooks.Physical education content,clear PBL application in Secondary Vocational Secretarial professional "secretarial practice" classroom teaching feasibility.Thirdly,this paper sorts out the students' questionnaires,teachers' questionnaires and relevant data and contents of teachers' interviews on the current situation of Secretarial Practice classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools,and analyses the problems existing in the current classroom teaching of Secretarial Practice in secondary vocational schools,so as to understand the current situation of the application of Secretarial Practice classroom teaching in PBL secondary vocational schools.In view of the problems found,based on the specific content of the teaching material "Secretarial Practice",PBL is applied to the classroom teaching of "Secretarial Practice",the teaching content of "Reception Work" is designed and practiced,and the implementation of lessons is interpreted concretely.Finally,through the analysis of the problems existing in the application of PBL,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Through classroom practice,the author aims to enhance the coherence and timeliness of the classroom teaching of Secretarial Practice in secondary vocational schools,improve the teaching quality of teachers and the effect of students' learning,so as to improve students' problem-solving ability,logical thinking ability,team cooperation ability and so on,and help to think about how to use PBL to teach Secretarial Practice in secondary vocational schools.Professional teaching research provides a new direction,provides a reference for the teaching reform practice of front-line professional teachers,and promotes the development of secretarial curriculum reform in secondary vocational schools.
