Under the background of the new era,the revitalization of rural education is an important part of rural revitalization, and the revitalization of rural education needs high-quality teachers as a prerequisite. The national policy is to continuously carry out "blood transfusion" for rural education, devoting itself to "going down","staying in" and "teaching well" for excellent teachers.High-quality teacher resources are an important force in the development of rural education, and their significance in supporting the development of rural education determines its research value. From the point of view of previous studies, the research logic mostly stays on the dual environment logic of "why do teachers not want to stay",and pays less attention to the discourse logic of "why do teachers want to stay" under the background of the times. This study aims to explore why excellent teachers are willing to stay in the countryside, what influences excellent teachers, and how to make more excellent teachers willing to stay in the countryside.Valuable educational phenomena have been found in daily life, and the phenomenon that more and more excellent teachers are willing to teach from the city to the countryside has been analyzed.Firstly, collect the pre-data,carry out literature analysis, confirm that "blood transfusion" supplementary teachers in rural education is an important aspect of rural teachers' research, determine the research value;then, according to the research theme, select the typical object of study-Teacher Y as a case text,go deep into their educational and teaching life to collect data, and analyzeand collate the data;in order to dig in-depth the influencing factors, use them. From an integrated perspective,Bronfenbrermer's human development ecology carries out theoretical analysis and research to find out what the influencing factors are and how to influence her. Finally, according to the conclusions of the analysis, suggestions are put forward to encourage more excellent teachers to be willing to serve the countryside.According to the above research ideas, the paper is divided into five parts:introduction, clarifying the origin, significance, purpose and research summary;research design, clarifying research issues, concept definition, research methods, research objects, research ideas;then, presenting teacher Y's journey from city to countryside, which is the focus of the research;and then, from Bronfenbrermer Distribution Four nested systems of human development ecology are constructed and the analytical framework is constructed. It is found that the national policy guidelines, local policy advantages, excellent teachers' expectations of rural communities, the coincidence of the construction concept of small-scale rural schools in the new era,the coordination role of the intermediate system, the interpersonal relationship with rural communities, and the molar activities influence her;finally, four conclusions are drawn and suggestions are put forward from the three internal logic of teachers' individual, theory and policy. The research adopts qualitative research and selects typical cases for analysis. In the conclusion part, the author puts forward his own shortcomings and research prospects, expecting more and more studies to focus on the development of rural education.More and more excellent teachers are willing to serve the countryside, create sustainable endogenous force for the development of rural education, contribute to the balanced development of education, and insert a pair of wings for the future of rural students.
