Information age is a pluralistic society with knowledge explosion, as the society progresses, and detailed social division, a lot of work is difficult to be completed by individuals alone, which requires cooperation between people. The skills and spirit of cooperation need to be learnt in the school before students enter the society. Therefore, the reform of the new curriculum requires students to learn to learn, learn to cooperate.For each of the primary and secondary school teachers in the first line of teaching, the goal is, to improve their teaching efficiency.In order to achieve this goal, we need to continue to explore the teaching model suited to the reality. Ever since I became a math teacher in 2007,I have been searching for my own teaching model. In constant exploration, I deeply realized a kind of teaching mode which takes students as the heart and gives full play to the initiative of students’ learning that is known as "in recent years the most important and successful teaching reform",which is the most of consistent with the spirit of the new course reform. Although the students followed the spirit of cooperation of the Zhuang people, it is beneficial to carry out cooperative teaching. But, due to the economy are under development, with the poor of the basic education and the lack of family education, it’s leading to a large number of classes and the students are poor in mathematics foundation. Therefore, how to conduct effective cooperative teaching in high schools in zhuang area is an issue which I think most in the past two years makes me choose An Action Research on How Senior School Students in Zhuang Region Learn Maths Effectively in Group Work this subject to study.In this paper, according to the author’s teaching experience, the use of theory and practice, over a semester of thinking preparation and a semester of experimental teaching, two experiments have been carried out in the time order (The first term and the second term): Cooperative learning according to gender and nationality, group work between team and team. By using the literature research method, the experimental research method and the case study method and so on, here is the result of the research above:(1) If the members of a group are all boys or girls, it’s helpful for them to improve their grades, the ability of group work and the interest in Maths.(2) Cooperative learning in Zhuang dialect can enliven the atmosphere but not conducive to the discussion of mathematical knowledge and research which can improve the students’interest in learning Maths and mathematics achievement(3). Group work between team and team can improve the Maths teaching efficiency in class. And it’s also helpful for the students to improve their grades and the interest in Maths.In particular, the effective conduct of team teaching of high school math in national regions, should give full consideration to the actual situations, like generally weak basic education in rural primary and secondary schools in some regions, too many individuals in classes, and family education disconnect, make full use of existing educational resources, maximize the subject initiative of students in learning mathematics, and pay attention to each group and each student as far as possible in the group cooperative teaching, so as to let all the students in the teacher’s guidance, through cooperation inquiry and help between each other, harvest the effect of getting twice the result with half the effort in mathematical learning.
