Bilingual education is an important part of the education for ethnic minorities in China, the implementation of bilingual education in Xinjiang is the historical task of the development of national education, it has a direct impact on the improvement of national quality, personnel training; related to the nation’s unity and development, the construction of good and peaceful society. Since the formal implementation of bilingual education in 2004, bilingual education in Kashi has been in a healthy, sustainable and rapid development. However, this does not mean that there is no problem in the process of bilingual teaching. At the same time, there are still many problems in the development of bilingual education in Kashi. I since July 2011 to work in junior middle school physics bilingual teaching work, accumulated a lot of experience and experienced the Kashi region of bilingual teaching, the valuable experience let me understand that the current situation of bilingual physics teaching, bilingual teachers and students face difficulties and problems. The research in Kashgar in the stage of basic education especially investigation of bilingual teaching in junior middle school physics based on the knowledge theory of the bilingual teaching and the new curriculum finishing, respectively for bilingual teachers and students were investigated. In the course of the study I use interview between teachers and students, reading literature, questionnaire survey, observation and inductive analysis, it is concluded that teachers are faced with the lack of suitable for bilingual teaching of physics teachers qualified bilingual teachers only quantity not quality, physical training of bilingual teachers is not up to the target, bilingual physics teachers self-improvement opportunities rarely, the heavy task of bilingual teachers of physics, bilingual teaching promote speed too fast, bilingual teachers can not adapt to the new curriculum reform and other issues; at the same time Uygur students also faces language barriers and students are lack of interest and motivation, no good learning habit has some problems. In view of these questions I carry on the actual investigation and a lot of reading and put forward to the society, the school, the teacher and the student’s corresponding countermeasure suggestion. The effective training of junior middle school physical teachers of junior high school physics, good bilingual teachers, and ensure implementation of bilingual teaching, bilingual teachers improve funding treatment, development editor localization of junior middle school physics bilingual textbooks give advice to society; the school proposed the establishment of physical bilingual teaching research, strengthen Bilingual Physics Teaching and research activities, fully utilize the bilingual teaching resources, strengthen school-based research and training opportunities, efforts to create a good language environment for teachers; teachers’ language should be reasonable, teachers should correctly understand themselves, focus on preparing and cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability, attach importance to experimental teaching suggestions; put forward the correct attitude towards learning, learning to master effective methods to develop good study habits advice to students.
