Suggestions About Real Supply Dilemma Of Sports Public Service In Minority Regions

In the past few years, sports public service system issues have become the major topics in social sports development. Even though the Central government has introduced a series of documents and plans aiming to move forward sports public service system and achieve many recognitions and accomplishments, sports public system still lack of comprehensive and effective development. Also minority regions’ sports public service system has been in the historical accounts for a long time as China is a country with a vast territory and large number of ethnic groups and the disparities of supply demand become the obstacle for our sports public system. Therefore, the primary target is to solve the supply problem. This article will conduct research of real supply dilemma in minority regions, in order to provide references for equalization development.Literature research, survey and interviewing methods has been applied in this article, and the respondents are from Hubei Province Enshi Laifeng. The analysis will focus on six aspects which are the supply of physical training facilities, instructors, organizations, activities, information system and monitor services. The research indicates that Laifeng county’s sports public service supply has following issues:uneven distribution of physical training facilities, low level of opening degree, thin strength in physical training instruction, unbalanced structure in human resources; lack of connection in physical training organization, nominal existence in social club; limited material and scale in physical activities; lack of information transfer in information services communication; Poor in monitor resources and services evaluation.According to the above issues and analysis, following advices has been given in this research:the public demand of minority regions will be used to accelerate transition in public service supply method; to enhance the demand expression in minority regions residents and open the communication tunnel of public service between supply and demand; enlarge the human resources and treasure inputs in minority regions and provide protection in public services demand regulation.
