With the rapid development of information technology, the new technology has brought new ways of learning and also promoted the rapid development of education.At present, the continuous development of education reform makes the "learning activity centered" as the basic idea of modern instructional design theory.However, in the current study, the concrete design still exist such as "the definition of teaching activities and learning activities is not clear, too much emphasis on the design of learning environment" and so on.Therefore, how to design effective learning activities, improve the effect of learning in information environment, and become the focus of the study of the current learning activities at home and abroad.On the basis of this research, the paper uses the method of literature research, case analysis and questionnaire survey to study the design and teaching practice of learning activities in the information environment.First, on the basis of analyzing and studying the domestic and foreign research of the learning activity design,combined with the existing research results and the relevant theory guidance,summarized the characteristics and extracted the classification and form of learning activities in the information environment, and based on the analysis of the elements of learning activities in the information environment, the basic ideas and methods of the design of learning activities are constructed.Secondly, based on the basic ideas and methods of learning activity design under the information environment, in the course of "modern educational technology" and "systematic teaching design", the content of the course is analyzed and designed.Include in a specific way, the analysis of the basic characteristics of learners, the curriculum learning content and learning objectives; then the learning content from the activities of the task design, activity in the form of choice, learning tool selection, assessment of activities and activities of the design rules of design five aspects carries on the concrete design.At last, the design scheme is implemented to verify the applicability and effectiveness of the theory. Through interviews and questionnaire survey data analysis and student achievement on the implementation effect verification, obtained under the information environment of learning activity design framework is feasible and effective, can promote learners’ learning ability and learning enthusiasm of the conclusion.
