On June 20,2017,the STEM Education Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Educational Sciences published the White Paper on STEM Education in China.The report first affirmed that the development of STEM education has now shown a prosperous situation in our country.Among them,in terms of education and teaching theory,education and teaching practice and STEM education policy,one has been achieved.Great breakthroughs.Secondly,at the end of the report,the development trend of STEM education in China is elaborated in detail,and the "STEM 2029 Innovation Action Plan" is further proposed.Meanwhile,in September 2017,the Ministry of Education promulgated a guiding outline for the curriculum of information technology activities in primary and secondary schools.In the outline,it is clearly proposed that more attention should be paid to the cultivation and development of students' comprehensive practical ability and comprehensive quality in the following teaching of information technology courses in primary and secondary schools.Comparing the Guiding Outline of Information Technology Activity Course in Primary and Secondary Schools with the White Paper on STEM Education in China,it is found that the content of developing students' comprehensive practical ability emphasized in the Outline coincides with the content of cultivating learners' knowledge integration ability emphasized in the educational concept of STEM education.Then,how to combine the advantages of the two will be a problem worthy of in-depth study,which is also the essence of this paper.But after research and development,although STEM education is now in full swing in primary and secondary schools,but due to the monotonous teaching mode and inefficient teaching effect,it can not give full play to the advantages of STEM education,hindering its development,so how to effectively play the advantages of STEM education has become a difficult problem.STEM education as well as information technology curriculum attaches great importance to the combination of theory and practice.At the same time,they attach great importance to practical operation,so they can becarried out on the basis of activity project theme,so they are very suitable for the form of learning activities.Therefore,this study attempts to design the model of information technology learning activities in primary schools from the perspective of STEM education concept,and from the perspective of learning activities.Degree to carry out research,so as to achieve the training of students' comprehensive quality and comprehensive practical ability.This study consists of six parts.This study consists of six parts,the specific contents are as follows:(1)Introduction.This part mainly elaborates the background and significance of the topic,the current research situation,the research content,the research ideas and methods,and the framework of the paper,and elaborates the structure and content of the paper as a whole.(2)The second part of the paper is mainly about the definition of related concepts and the explanation of theoretical basis.This part first defines the related concepts of STEM education,then elaborates the concepts of information technology and learning activity model design in primary schools,and explains the learning activities from the perspective of STEM education by understanding the concepts of learning activities.Finally,it puts forward the theoretical support of the research,which is the design and reality of learning activity model from the perspective of STEM education.The application provides a theoretical basis.(3)The third part of the paper is mainly about the design of the initial model of information technology learning activities in primary schools from the perspective of STEM education.This part first carries out a preliminary investigation of the learning situation,then obtains the basic principles of STEM education and the design of information technology learning activity model in primary schools according to the characteristics of STEM education.Then,by analyzing the relevant literature on the design of learning activities in general disciplines and STEM education,the elements of learning activity design in this study are obtained,and then the initial model of learning activities in this study is obtained.Finally,the elements of the initial model are analyzed.(4)The fourth part of the paper is mainly about the implementation of learning activities.The main content of this study is a detailed overview of the principles,process,content and time of implementation of information technology learning activities in primary schools from the perspective of STEM education,as well as the place and object of implementation of learningactivities.(5)The fifth part of the paper is mainly about the revision of information technology learning activity model in primary schools from the perspective of STEM education.This part mainly implements the initial model of learning activities from the STEM educational perspective.The author chooses three representative and increasingly difficult learning activity cases to organize and implement learning activities.After each round of learning activity cases is completed,data collection,analysis and summary are carried out,and then the implementation effect of the model is verified,the deficiencies of the model are found,and the model is revised.By analogy,after three rounds of implementation and revision,the final model of information technology learning activities in primary schools from the perspective of STEM education is obtained.(6)The sixth part of the paper is mainly research summary,innovation,shortcomings and prospects.This part mainly summarizes the research results of this study,explains the innovation of the research,reveals the shortcomings of the research and makes prospects for future research.To evaluate the research as a whole,guide the follow-up research,and point out the direction of the next research.Through this study,I hope that the model of information technology learning activities in primary schools from the perspective of STEM education can play a role to a certain extent.I hope it can provide some help and experience for STEM education related research,promote the improvement of the teaching effect of information technology learning activities in primary schools,and at the same time contribute to the development of STEM education.
