Presence information and information technology not only revolutionized the way people lived and the means of production.The impact in the various fields are subvert tradition. Technology into all walks of life, which is the trend and the trend of development of the present era. With the continuous development of information and information technology, people began to treat the concept of education changed dramatically. Education information spreading, reflection and change is made under this trend inherent educational fields. Flipped classroom is a product of the birth of today’s IT environment, appears flipped classroom, changing the traditional teaching structure, more attention to student-based self-study in the IT environment, pay more attention to students’ knowledge and creativity exploring ability. In the United States and Western countries, flipped classroom in K12 education and even higher education have been widely practiced and utilized. In recent years, experts and scholars on China is also gradually flipped classroom to give a high attention and study. With the depth and breadth of experts and various educational institutions at all levels of theory gradually deepened, flipped classroom in basic education and higher education has gradually complement each other.Based on the research status at home and abroad flipped classroom for clues define the flipped classroom core concepts. High primary school science curriculum segment Yinchuan X Elementary School currently carried out for the object, the status of the implementation of the current primary school science curriculum to conduct field investigations. Through questionnaires, interviews and reasonable with classroom observation, summed up the current high primary segment made in science curriculum achievements and problems, and the problems attribution analysis, can improve the problem of countermeasures, combined flipped classroom characteristics and existing flipped classroom teaching model of high primary segment science curriculum instructional design and implementation. Which have the primary science curriculum in the teachers certain IT literacy, science curriculum students have a certain interest in learning, students have a certain degree of cooperation and self-learning ability and school-based teaching equipment and facilities,and finally through the questionnaire and interviews, sorting out the application of Teaching.Research shows that the implementation of the flipped classroom teaching efficiency so high primary science curriculum segment has significantly increased, and students autonomy, cooperation and explore learning ability play a catalytic role. The majority of students expressed their support and willingness to continue to flip flip class under the form of classroom learning. Meanwhile, in the implementation of the flipped classroom, but also we found some problems, too much focus on teaching-based teaching philosophy is still the major factor in the confusion of basic education reform, shortages and adaptive teaching resources for the implementation of information technology in education and carry out trouble.
