The rapid development of information technology in education has launched dramatic change in school teaching mode. The successful implementation of the flipped classroom is revolutionizing the traditional teaching mode and becoming the hot spot in domestic and international research. The core thought of flipped classroom is a kind of reversion of traditional teaching and learning method. This student-centered thought strictly follows the students’ physiological and psychological development laws. On the whole.All of the teaching activities serve the students’ effective learning.Literature research is adopted to refer to abundant domestic and overseas literature about flipped classroom in this paper. Conclusion can be drawn that the flipped classroom could basically be divided into two processes from the analysis of the research results of Chinese and foreign scholars and the adopted flipped classroom. First, student should watching video independently before class, aiming to study the teaching content preliminarily and find learning difficulties, second, teachers are ought to answer the questions pointedly and make classroom interaction.To obtain the actual effect of the flipped classroom, interview and questionnaire were made among students, teachers and parents with respect to the changes of themselves, obstacles and satisfaction during the implementation of the flipped classroom and the degree of time control for teacher in every class. Some issues could be easily captured. An amount of teaching time is wasted without making full use of, the content of teaching process is not solid and full enough, the balance point about the amount content that should be taught in every class is missed and the effect of mathematics reading is ignored, etc.The issues mentioned above were studied in detail, the two teaching process was further improved to three processes composed of how to read, how to teach and how to learn. And a new idea called "1+1" teaching method in flipped classroom based on the reading is proposed and researched.Taking the "monotonicity and maximum(minimum) value" of senior high school mathematics as an example to make a whole teaching design of "1+1" teaching method in flipped classroom based on reading in order to give some suggestions to the teaching reform.
