StarC cloud integration platform is learning educational technology innovation, follow the trend of information technology teaching. This study used interactive analysis system based on information technology (ITIAS), on interactions geography classroom StarC environment research. Using case studies and a comprehensive analysis of parallel methods, in accordance ITIAS classroom row classification, observation, coding, statistical analysis of cases of interactions, focused on teacher-student interaction, students interaction, "man-machine interaction" (Students and platform interactive), summed up the characteristics of interactions under StarC geography classroom environment, the existing problems in the classroom and found that restricting starC functioning factors and optimization proposal.The first part is an introduction, mainly introduces the research background, significance, research status and research ideas.The second part describes the analysis and design of geography classroom interactions under StarC environment, including analysis and design define the theoretical basis of the study and research of interactions related concepts. Through analysis can be found in the form of interactive classroom environment StarC diverse and distinctive, especially with additional information environment unrivaled advantages in terms of student interaction and students, students interact with technical equipment etc. Of course, since StarC environment still in early implementation, there are still many factors restricting the development, such as teachers and students of technology acceptance attitude, ability to operate a platform for teachers, teachers’ instructional design capability. Based on these problems, this paper presents the corresponding optimization strategies.
