In recent years, in the context of the rule of law, the state attaches great importance to the rule of law and the rule of law education and takes a variety of measures to provide policy support and material support for the rule of law education. Under the guidance of the Party Central Committee on the spirit of the document, the rule of law education in college students has achieved remarkable results. But realistically speaking, there are still many problems in the law education of college students. Part of college students in the life did criminal behavior, to a certain extent, this reflects the lack of rule of law education. Strengthen the rule of law education on college students, in-depth analysis of the rule of law of university students in the course of the rule of law education and the reasons for the problems, to explore how to cultivate college students’ legal consciousness and the thought of rule of law and the belief in the rule of law, is a very important topic.This paper discusses the problems and countermeasures of college students’ legal education in the process of managing the country according to law. In addition to the introduction, the main points are divided into four parts:The first part explains the connotation of the rule of law education, discusses the significance of strengthening the rule of law education in the process of the rule of law. The author thinks that strengthening the legal education of college students, to improve the quality of the rule of law among the students in an all-round way, to promote the comprehensive development of college students; help to strengthen and improve ideological and political education of college students; is conducive to better implement the strategy of ruling the country by law and building a socialist country under the rule of law.The second part analyzes the problems and causes of college students’ legal education in the process of rule of law. This paper considers the problems of college students’ law education mainly has:rule of law education independence is not strong; rule of law education biased ideas; rule of law education content is not comprehensive enough; rule of law education ways and means is single; rule of law education evaluation mechanism is unreasonable. Lead to the causes of these problems are:the negative influence of traditional law culture; part of the education of legal quality is not high; rule of law is not perfect negative influence on college students’ legal education; the adverse factors of family environment on the rule of law education negative effects.The third part puts countermeasures to solve the problem of college students’ legal education. The first is to strengthen the leadership of the rule of law education of college students; The second is to enrich the content of the rule of law education; The third is to broaden the channels of the rule of law education; Fourth is to strengthen the legal education of the external environment.
