Based on this, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the existing problems and causes of College Students' legal consciousness, it is very important to explore the effective ways of Cultivating College Students' legal consciousness.In this paper, with the theory of Marxism as the guiding ideology, from the general theory of legal consciousness analysis of discourse analysis to multi angle on the legal consciousness of college students and the causes of the status quo, and finally puts forward some thoughts on strengthening the legal consciousness of college students. In order to improve the legal awareness of college students, and improve the purpose of the socialist country ruled by law.
