In recent years, the reform of the teaching calls for a wave,which is higher and higher.Language teaching,actually,wins the most intense repercussions.But,how to reform, to achieve the maximum of teaching efficiency? How to change, to cultivate high-quality talent? Each middle school has carried on the positive exploration.as a result many kinds of "efficient teaching model" came into being.Whether it is "10+35" mode of Du Lang or "big unit teaching" of He Bei Tian Hui middle school, or "independent and open classroom" of Jiang Xi Ning Da middle school are all experience continuously teaching practice,explore and summary.Inspect that the teaching mode and method are different, but there is only one purpose, that is, how to build the efficient classroom with scientific teaching method under the right guidance of the concept.Chang Le,who is the first one to proposed and practiced "271 efficient classroom mode", which has been gradually introduced into China around the school, in the face of the increasingly rising school enrollment rate and a surge of people for the students.I’m honored to learn and participate in the implementation of this new class in our school.This article mainly discusses the practice and reflection of "271 efficient classroom mode" in our school language classroom. The main body is divided into three parts except preface and summary.The first part introduces the background, the content and the basic operation flow of the "271 efficient classroom mode". In the past, we have been profoundly influenced on the teaching by the Soviet Union. The traditional model,"a blackboard, a piece of chalk, a mouth, a book", has been maintained by many schools. Generally speaking, the teacher is talking about,while the students are listening to the rules. It pays more attention to the skills of the teachers "teaching".instead of to the students’"learning",emphasis on imparting knowledge, but neglect the development of students’intelligence.Therefore,the classroom teaching is the teacher’s self performance world, in which students hardly any have the opportunity to participate.With the increasingly prominent problems of the traditional classroom, the reform of the teaching comes first.In "271 efficient classroom mode" teaching process,time of classroom teaching and classroom teaching activities are divided for 2/7/1 three parts according to the students in the classroom learning content: namely class 20% of the time for the teacher to explain, guidance, inspire,70% of the class time put to the students’autonomous learning, cooperative inquiry; classroom with 10% of the time to let the students to summarize, induct, ruminate and improve.The classroom organization mode change the teacher’s "teaching" for the students’"learning", change passive acceptance for active exploration, change "classroom" for "learning room", really do return the classroom back to students. Students in the smart and lively classroom will enjoy the autonomous learning, collaborative learning, sharing results, greatly improving the enthusiasm of learning and learning efficiency.The second part,with the example of the author’s teaching subject -Chinese, shows the specific examples of efficient language classroom. Including-how to prepare before the class, how to organize the preview, how to implement the classroom, how to effectively link the various links, after class feedback. In addition, this part also discuss the 271 classroom teaching mode after the implementation of my school language teaching the gratifying changes:the enthusiasm of students to participate in classroom increased, sleeping fewer students; students’ writing ability and expression ability improved, become more confident; peer relationship more harmonious and mutual help.The third part is to reflect on the problems encountered in the implementation of "271 efficient classroom model" in high school Chinese classroom and then the suggestions for improving are followed. Its advantages are mainly reflected in:Students’ interest in the 271 efficient classroom model is more strong; group discussion, review comments, exercise the ability of students. And its shortcomings are also more prominent: read-only mode and digestion of the charm of the language classroom, the flavor of Chinese tapes; guiding case and reference books repeated use, inefficient learning; display content, the lack of selectivity; 271 efficient teaching mode does not apply in all subjects, all class type; evaluation and incentive mechanism lack of long-term. The author also puts forward some improvement measures to solve these problems. In this part, the article is based on the fresh classroom case, the questionnaire and the record of teacher and student.
