The Research Of Free Virtual Communication

Freedom is the eternal pursuit of mankind. Human freedom and comprehensive development is the ultimate purpose of Marxism. Freedom of communication is not only an important part of human freedom, but also the main content of Marx’s concept of freedom. Development and promotion of freedom interaction is closely related to changes of the way of human interaction, which, at the meantime, is relevant with a certain level of productivity, science and technology. The Internet is mankind’s greatest invention in 20th century, whose came out and development has produced an extensive and far-reaching impact on human beings, and one of which is accelerating human communication revolution-virtual communication. Accordingly,Virtual Association Freedom has become the focus of realistic concern and academic research.Taking Marx’s communication theory and liberal theory, based on the use of comparative analysis, empirical research and methods of history and logic, this article is aiming at investigating and analyzing the freedom of virtual communication. It Assume that freedom of virtual association is closely connected to the change of human communication modes, and internet technology is the precondition of free virtual association, which concludes web browser, search engine, email, instant chatting software, online business websites, and online games. There is intercommunity between virtual interaction and real communication, the former is the extension of the later in virtual society, but display different characteristics in communication subject, object, carrier and space and time. Virtual communication is a combination of free space and time, Meanwhile, real communication has many limitations of technical, ethical and legal existence. Furthermore in virtual freedom of communication, there exist paradoxes on five aspects:information sharing and exclusive, equality and violence in the presence of virtual exchanges, virtual exchanges Freedom and Social Disorder reality, virtual interaction and discrete polymerization. On the basis of virtual interaction limits and freedom paradoxes analysis, the article concludes with some methods to guide and regulate virtual communication freedom from the moral and legal point of view, which is aiming at achieving real and virtual exchanges unity, creating a harmonious and orderly free virtual society, and achieving human freedom and comprehensive development.
