How to detect the effect of the ideological and political theory course with the all kinds of constructive input, how to accurately grasp the direction that the reform of the ideological and political theory course, scientific and effective way of the teaching evaluation is beneficial to guarantee the teaching quality of ideological and political theory course. Design a scientific classroom teaching quality evaluation system of the ideological and political theory course, and to carry out the teaching evaluation system of the ideological and political theory course about theory and practice discussion, could test the construction results of current ideological and political theory course, to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, and to improve the classroom teaching quality of ideological and political theory course is urgently needed to strengthen and consummate the work content.This article mainly adopts the method of literature research, logical deduction, the grounded theory method, questionnaire survey and other research methods, on the basis of the principles that knowledge evaluation and value evaluation are unified, objective evaluation and process evaluation unifies, objective evaluation and process evaluation phase unified evaluation and unified the recessive evaluation and dominant evaluation, with the rules of the development of the college students’ moral psychology, the bidirectional interaction law of the ideological and political education and the interaction theory as the theoretical basis, combined with the special features of the ideological and political theory course and the status quo that there are some differences between teachers and students in ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities with the teaching satisfaction degree. From the teaching evaluation’s target, idea, the main body, the dimension design, model building, testing and so on, conduct the study of the ideological and political theory course with a multidimensional, three-dimensional system research,highlights its comprehensive and scientific. The practical operability of Grid evaluation system is strong, from the perspective of teachers and students two main body comprehensive comparison and analysis of data about the state of the classroom teaching, it will be real operating tools to carry out the ideological and political theory course of classroom teaching evaluation scientifically through the establishment of module and improve the database.
