In recent years, the kindergarten development planning began to receive widespread attention.At the same time, kindergartens also begin to formulate, implement and evaluate of the kindergarten development planning.Through formulating of kindergarten development planning, can make clear the development goals and direction of the kindergarten,can comprehensive and systematic understand of the kindergarten situation and the urgent problem need to solve; Through the implementating of kindergarten development planning, can make all the work of the kindergarten rule-based,and achieve the goal of the kindergarten development planning;Through the evaluation of the kindergarten development planning, can test the implementation effect of kindergarten development planning,it also can be determine whether to achieve the goals.At present, there are various problems and difficulties in the formulating, implementating and evaluating of kindergarten development planning in China.The research on the kindergarten development planning is relatively lack. This investigation research of kindergarten development planning in X district H city can provide the help for the kindergarten development, implementation and evaluation of kindergarten development planning science.This study selected principals in some grade Ⅰ、 grade Ⅱ、 gradeⅢ and different organizers kindergarten in X district H city to conduct investigation research, combining literature method, questionnaire survey method interview survey method and case method.Around the formulating importance, formulating subject, formulating goal, formulating basises, formulating elements; implementating process,implementating effect; evaluatiing subject, evaluating methods; theproblems encountered in the process of the implementating formulating and evaluatig of the kindergarten development planning,meet the causes of the problem and put forward relevant suggestions.Research shows that:1.the kindergarten development planning planning status:(1) the positive aspects:principals have affirmated the importance of formulating, goal formulating reflects to children, the elements formulating comprehensive and focused;(2) the problems formulating subject is single, formulation based on thin, formulating way is traditional,the characteristics of location is deviating,safeguard measures is not comprehensive.2.the kindergarten development planning implementating status:(1)the positive aspects:the implementating process is dynamic(2) the problems:the effect of implementation is general.the effect of the implementation of the third level kindergarten is worst.3.the kindergarten development planning evaluating status:(1)the positive aspects: evaluating way is reasonable.the way of evaluating is most reasonable is the frist level kindergarten.(2)the problems:evaluating subject is single.from the nature of the kindergarten starting, the evaluating subject of private kindergarten is thin than public kindergarten.The main reasons of the problems of planning.implementating.evaluating of the kindergarten development planning principals lack of relevant theoretical knowledge of kindergarten development planning:lack of expert guidance and participation,kindergarten teachers lack of relevant professional literacy,lack of support of education administrative departments, lack of support and participation of parents.Therefore, this study puts forward some relevant suggestions principals should play a central role in the process of the kindergarten development planning.Expert participating is an important guarantee of scientific formulate, implement and evaluate of the kindergarten development planning.Enhance the awareness and ability of kindergarten teachers and parents to participate in. To provide support for the formulating, implementating and evaluating of the development plan of the kindergarten. Higher education administrative departments to increase support for the development of kindergarten.
