Secondly, to build a complete analysis framework, to lay a theoretical foundation for empirical analysis.Again, calculation and collection of fixed number of year of the new employees in five cities by education related to the city competitiveness index data, using the statistical software to analyze data, the results are obtained. Finally, discuss the results of the study, and gives relevant Suggestions based on the results.The results of the study are as follows:Firstly, On the urban competitiveness, shenzhen and other significant differences between the four cities, and higher than the other four cities; On the fixed number of year of the new Labour by education, guangzhou and other four is the existence of significant differences between the two cities, and higher than the other four cities. Zhuhai fixed number of year of the new Labour by education is higher than shenzhen, dongguan and jiangmen.Secondly, Increase Labour by fixed number of year of the education was associated with a significant new industry competitiveness of the overall city. Do not related with the overall urban competitiveness, and five urban competitiveness of the city there was no significant correlation with fixed number of year of the new Labour by education.
