Research On The Socialization Reform Of Rear Service Of Tianjin Chengjian University

The socialized reform in College logistics service matters the profits and vitality in university. What is more important, it has been a kind of drastic changes happened in educational philosophy, pattern and methodsThis paper takes Tianjin Chengjian University as the research object, and the main purpose of this study is to deepen the socialized reform in College logistics service, and improve the support service ability which is paid more attention by school teachers and students. Based on studying the actual status of Tianjin Chengjian University’s socialization of logistics service systematically, this paper analyzes a series of problems including moderation difficulties in business pattern and Interest relationship, vagueness of orientation for main responsibility, and weakness in supervision. After careful and systematic analysis, the main reasons for these problems may include the following sections such as lack of effective support for political system, weakness of literacy for operators, lack of systematic minds for management, and solidification in intellectual policy. This paper clarifies the socialization reform area and implementing steps by learning experience from domestic and foreign advanced College logistics service. This research further studies the effective measures for strengthening the construction of support service team, promotion of socialization in low risk areas, and enhancement of efficiency in college logistics service for the purpose of pushing the socialized reform of logistics service in Tianjin Chengjian University.
