Research On The Construction Of The Counselor Team In Tianjin Chengjian University

In recent years,ideological and political education have been paid more and more attention on all sectors of the state and society,the importance of College Counselors also increasingly prominent, they are not only the daily ideological and political counselors, implementers and advisers, but also the abecedarian of the student’s life, a close friends, thus enhancing of counselors construction is equivalent to strengthen ideological and political education, equivalent to strengthen the university of maintain the stability,which promote sustainable universities development and plays an important role to implement the education policies of the university.In this paper, we take the Counselors of Tianjin Chengjian University as the foundation, using research methods such as,literature analysis,questionnaire and interviews and other research methods to investigate the Tianjin Chengjian university as the research-base, we have pointed out many problems,such as the lack of employees,gender imbalance and the group is too young,the title of the uneven distribution of the structural problems of the team,and there are still exist long working hours, the psychological pressure of the team status problems,as well as the stability of larger proportion of job transfer from environmental factors, as well as the perspective of their own factors associated institutional measures detailed analysis. We have studied the cases of US, UK, and Hong Kong, Including the advanced experience of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and architecture Counselors, clarified the counselor responsibilities and roles, proposed the solution to the knot of counselors management and development mechanism and proposed to strengthen the counselors including self-construction,system construction,to provide environmental support and strengthen the construction of a series of specialized for Tianjin Chengjian University. We have achieved the goal of enhance the overall quality of counselors,continue to strengthen and improve the development of counselors of Tianjin Chengjian University.
