Research On Socialized Service Of College Stadium Resources In University Town Of Shanxi Province From The Perspective Of Supply-side Reform

The “supply-side structural reform” was first proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping on November 10,2015,namely,comprehensively improving the quality of supply,reforming and promoting structural adjustment,expanding effective supply,and promoting sustainable economic and social development.Today,with the continuous development of the national economy,the participation of the public in sports activities is increasing day by day.The efficient use of existing sports venues is indispensable,and the increasingly perfect university city new district is a gathering place for colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.The venue has a great demonstration role in the province.However,at present,colleges and universities colleges and universities have idle status in the basic teaching and after-school training of the school.At the same time,they often see the situation that some public welfare fitness places frequently occupy public places due to lack of venues.These phenomena are due to many Large stadiums supply and demand misplacement and supply efficiency is low.This study conducted a questionnaire survey of residents of 10 university gymnasiums and surrounding areas in the University City of Shanxi Province,and made statistics on the existing facilities and facilities of the university towns.From the perspective of supply-side reform,this paper aims to provide a service strategy for the misplacement of supply and demand in colleges and universities in colleges and universities and the management of stadiums,so as to further play the role of colleges and universities to serve the society and awaken the phenomenon of“sleeping” of some university resources in university towns.The research conclusions are as follows:I?The sports facilities of the 10 colleges and universities in Shanxi University City can meet the daily teaching needs of the school.However,some schools still have the state of the stadium under construction,and the utilization rate of the leisure time of the college sports stadium still needs to be improved.II?At present,the development of college sports in the university towns of Shanxi Province is still in the exploratory stage.Most universities have low socialization and different levels of management.The rules and regulations of management still need to be further implemented.There are many unfavorable factors in the process of opening up,affecting the scientific and effective opening of the venues.III?In the university towns of Shanxi Province,the concept of “living the museum”is weak.The maintenance of the venues is mainly supported by the financial support of the schools.The self-sufficiency of some venues still needs to be improved.The social potential of the venues is not activated,and a sound virtuous circle is formed to realize the venue.Sustainable development.IV ? Some universities and colleges in the university city are not clear about the project and standards for opening to the outside world.The effective laws are few and the degree of recognition is low.The relevant legal systems are not detailed enough and are not clear enough.There is no strong support in terms of policies,and it is necessary to further improve the laws and regulations of sports venues and promote the systematic management of venues.
