New curriculum reform advocates to change the student’s study way, "case teaching" model arises at the historic moment, but there is still some misunderstandings about the exploration and application of case teaching. This essay is to understand and implement the new curriculum idea, the efforts of the new curriculum advocates learning style really into the classroom by the optimization of case teaching so that the students can learn on their own, the teachers can teach actively, school-based teaching materials can reach the goal of sustainable development.Having understood the research status of high school physics case teaching through the literature review, the author gives the definition on the study case, case optimization and learning case teaching, and analyses the theoretical basis. And then, by means of questionnaire and interview in high school physics teaching present situation has carried on the investigation and statistics. The Analysis found that the teachers need to further transform their education ideas. The lack of awareness of students’cognitive regularity makes us improve the teaching ability.The essay detailed elaborates the case teaching each link of the optimization principle and optimization strategy. The author studies the case by 7 modules in total, that is, aim, learning difficulties, self-study design, standard practice, white space, knowledge network construction and consolidation of knowledge. During the stage of implementation, the essay indicates the creation of preview time, the implementation of hierarchical teaching and regulate the strategy of classroom rhythm. To student’s learning evaluation, this research USES a variety of evaluation methods, emphasis on students’self-assessment and group mutual optimized design.This research summarizes optimizing construction case of classroom teaching mode, including setting targets, autonomous learning, detailed teaching, tests and summary and gives the examples and the usage of the optimization of case teaching. Finally, the result and the analysis shows that after optimization research and implementation of case teaching, students’learning interest and confidence in the physical enhanced obviously and the team cooperation ability improved as well as the learning ability get promoted.
