With the development of society and the rapid development of science and technology, technological innovation in the social political and economic fields has played an increasingly important role, the country’s creativity has become an important factor of the comprehensive national strength.The starting point for innovation is education, only that children in the early years learn to think differently, learn to have sense of innovation and can do things creatively, and our contry will become an innovative country. Our country is now promoting quality education, so students need to acquire knowledge, cultivate the sense of innovation and practice.Engineering Education will meet the knowledge, innovations and practices that our country is now advocated.So,Engineering Education has great significance. The major problems in China about engineering courses education are:the lack of professional teachers,still using the traditional mode of teaching,students lack motivation to learn.So, research of this subject should solve these problems exist.Firstly,teaching based on project will help to stimulate students’interest in learning and motivation to learn and enable students look forword to learning something.Secondly, with the popularity and use of the network, people’s access to knowledge and cognitive habits have changed a lot. Personalized learning environment that online education provides anytime and anywhere, and with the modeling software, design software becoming better and better, it is possible to teach engineering practice courses online and offline.And it can also help teachers share resources.This topic is based on the theory of project-based teaching, and summarize and analyse project-based teaching in our country and abroad.By discovering the existing problems, there are four phases for Engineering Education of teaching:Project identification, teaching preparation, teaching implementation and outcome evaluation. I analyse the detailed activities of teachers and students combined with platform.This provides a theoretical basis for the teaching of engineering and technology courses.Meanwhile, according to the relevant teaching model developed, I design and develop a teaching platform that supporting engineering education online and offline, and teachers can control student’s progress and guide students.engineering education.Net MVC layered design idea and reference to the three layer system structure. Using MS SQL 2008 R2 as the user database and using a plug-in implementation BootStrap related user data chart display.Finally, combining the production of car alarm application to provide examples for later studies.
