This article is the study of history teaching in class form, personalized teaching model based on the difference between students. Because each student is exists as a separate entity in social life, their living environment is different, the individual characters are different, such as endowment, formed the individual difference in students lives. The differences were mainly for explicit learning, learning, learning, learning outcomes, showing learning potential, that is, planning students subject consciousness, inspiring awareness, reflection, awareness, consciousness, etc. Teaching practice in the present study, by stratified teaching objectives and design class, tiered design and flexible teaching methods and incentives to students who study at different levels. There are individual differences in the development of this teaching consistent with reality, it stresses the students’abilities and classes for teaching, time and therefore better able to mobilize the students variable factors, so as to stimulate students’learning potential and to promote its continued development of learning and lifelong learning.This paper consists of four parts:the first part of reason for teaching, including the background, research, the research method and characteristics; the second part is related to the research study on the concept and theoretical basis; the third part of the core content for the practice of this paper; part IV for results of this research and thinking.
