The Schema Theory, the Output Hypothesis and the Communicative Theory are the three theoretical basis. The author uses questionnaires, interview and classroom observation to answer these three questions:(1) What are the students and teachers favorite classroom activities in the pre-reading, while-reading and post-reading phases? (2) What are the problems in the design, implementation and evaluation of classroom activities? (3) What are the suggestions, based on the three theoretical basis? In data analysis, the author uses Excel and SPSS software to analyze the data and combine these analysis with the interview and classroom observation to find the problems, such as the unawareness of students’ using English to communicate; the lack of evaluation after classroom activities, etc. Then the author will put forwards some solutions. Through this study, the author hopes that it can improve the efficiency of classroom activities and develop students’ comprehensive language ability.
