| The new entry stage is the beginning of middle school politics teachers’career since it relates to their specialty development directly. However, this stage often is the time when newly recruited middle school politics teachers feel confused, generated frustration and suffered from so-called "reality shock", which affects or even hinders new teachers’ professional identity as well as specialty growth. In the view of educational sociology, teachers’career dated from teachers’acting of their on job roles; the success of newly recruited teachers’professional identity concerns to their future emotion, recognition and input in the career of teacher, which means that if the newly recruited teaches had strong professional identity, they would not only have successful psychological experience but also laid solid foundation for future teaching, and reinforce their worship as well as conceptual knowledge. Thus, it can be regarded that the professional identity of newly recruited teachers is both the most significant part in the whole career of teacher, and the core of devoting to educational practice, which indicates that the research on new teachers’professional identity is necessary.Middle school teachers’professional identity refers to teachers’overall concept of being teacher, which meaning the entire opinion of the value, emotion and ability of career of teacher that formed during the interaction between individuals and society. It means that individuals believe the career they engaged in is valuable and meaningful with fining interest in it; meanwhile, it also is the internal motivation of teachers’self-development because it both is a process and a state that determines teachers’teaching attitude as well as behaviors. By taking the group of newly recruited middle school politics teachers as research object, this article studied their professional identity from the inner level; it revealed current realistic situation of newly recruited middle school politics teachers’ professional identity by interview, and analyzed the problems in newly recruited middle school politics teachers’ professional identity through referring to the research achievements of American "teaching encouragement". On that basis, it proposed to promote the level of newly recruited middle school politics teachers’professional identity according to the joint force of society, school, and teachers themselves with theexpectation of providing reference for the research and practice of Chinese young politics teachers’ professional identity.On the foundation of surveying middle school politics teachers’professional identity at new entry stage, this article aims to discuss about the following issues:1. To reveal current realistic situation of the new middle school politics teachers’professional identity, which meaning the newly recruited middle school politics teachers’professional identity is in medium recognition and there is difference among the teachers with different individual backgrounds.2. To analyze the factors affecting new middle school politics teachers’professional identity, including social lower positioning of them, school’s career guidance on them remains to be improved, some of them lack scientific and rational professional identity.3. Based on revealing and analyzing the issues, it proposed countermeasures of promoting the level of new middle school politics teachers’ professional identity according to the joint force of society, school, and teachers themselves. |
