Student involvement mechanism in higher education is one of the hot issues of concern to the higher education sector at home and abroad. The characteristics of the student involvement mechanism in higher education in European is a smooth channel, a sound mechanism and guarantee sufficient. The participants are basically teachers and experts in process of internal quality assessments in higher education in our country. The situation that students directly involved in the assessment relatively less than teachers and experts. In recent years, scholars began to pay attention to student involvement in the quality assessments. From the connotation, the concept of quality levels to explore stays in the suggestions, but less for the process and mode of student involvement in study. The research on the students’ subject how to play a role in the internal quality assessments in higher education, involve in what and how to involve in the study. The establishment of the student involvement mechanism in higher education, so as to clear the subject status of students, to improve quality report credibility and make the subject setting more complete and scientific.Combining the research containing the analysis of the domestic and foreign related quality assessments, student participation, stakeholders’ management and focused on the ideas and content in this study. Analyze the key elements of student involvement in process of the assessment based on the Stakeholder management model. Explores the general and special rules and provide the practice test for the pre theoretical assumptions, meanwhile, analyze the similarities and differences to provide theoretical and practical basis for the construction on student involvement mechanism of quality assessments in European higher education. Combine with the survey of student involvement mechanism of quality assessments in European higher education.The establishment of student involvement mechanism in internal quality assessments of higher education in this study contain : the formation of consciousness and behavior of symmetric "dependence" to ensure students’ main real participation, promoting "exchanging" resources between the universities and students, promoting the students’ interest expression and aggregation, enhanced stakeholder "cooperation" choice which make students playing the main active force through clarifying the students involvement content, the establishment of student members involvement selection criteria, clear student member recruitment methods, the training content, organization and form, unobstructed students to participate in the path, the implementation of appropriate students participate in writing the report way.
