In recent years,the state and local governments have issued policies on constructing a modern vocational education system and implementing the mode of transfixion between middle and higher vocational colleges.It is proposed to realize the goal of interlinking secondary vocational education with higher vocational education in specialty,training mode and schooling system.Since its official launch in 2010,about 78 percent of secondary vocational schools and 86 percent of higher vocational schools in Shanghai have implemented this mode of training and achieved significant results.However,the rapid development in a short period of time will inevitably bring about the problems of course connection,teaching management,evaluation monitoring and so on.In order to promote its high quality and sustainable development,this paper takes Shanghai J university and China vocational school through the cooperation as the case study t o understand the basic situation of the internal guarantee mechanism of the teaching quality of the through-through mode in the middle and higher vocational colleges,to analyze its deficiencies and causes,and put forward corresponding Suggestions.This paper consists of five parts.The first part mainly expounds the research origin,research problems,research purpose and significance,core concept definition,research methods and research status at home and abroad.The second part is the theoretical basis,the system theory and total quality management theory to elaborate and analyze and establish the theoretical framework;The third part is the investigation of the current situation of the internal guarantee mechanism of the through-through mode teaching quality in J college;The fourth part is based on the results of questionnaires and interviews to summarize the results of the school in practice,existing problems and analyze the causes of the problems;The fifth part is to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The research results show that J college in guarantee training quality in the practice of higher vocational well versed in,has established a relatively perfect intercollegiate coordinate organization,reasonable working system of the joint management standards,professional fit high talent training scheme,but there are still lack of the following: one is training to be a higher level of satisfaction and sharing;Second,the teacher structure and teaching enthusiasm need to be improvedand stimulated;Third,the degree of cohesion between curriculum and teaching needs to be improved.Fourth,the level of students' learning motivation and development needs to be improved.Fifth,the effect of quality control needs to be strengthened.But the quality assurance consciousness is not strong,the incentive mechanism is not perfect,the practice training is intense,the expansion speed is too fast,the teaching quality control organization is not complete and so on are the main reasons that affect the teaching quality assurance mechanism construction.Therefore,in the end,we should consider the following five aspects: accelerating the construction of training base,optimizing the resource allocation mechanism,improving the faculty structure,establishing the awareness of integrated quality assurance,steadily expanding enrollment,improving the organizational structure and the information platform,so as to promote the perfection of the quality assurance mechanism of teaching in the college.
