In China,since the Master of Education degree have been enrolled students in 1997,after more than twenty years of development,remarkable achievements have been made.It has trained a large number of high-level teaching and administrative personnel for basic education and then promoted the reform and development of basic education.However,we can find the increasingly universities and the expansion of majors,they also mean that the expansion of the enrollment scale,and the decline in the quality of education masters.All of them has become the focus of attention.The quality of education is the lifeblood of the education masters whose survival and development.How to protect and improve the educational quality of the master degree become a topic to some extent that we must do seriously study.The paper is mainly composed of five parts.The first part is the introduction which part mainly summarizes the existing research status,make well definition about concepts and states the theoretical basis.The second part reviews the history and development status of the Master of Education degree.Meanwhile it focuses on analyzing the Master of Education degree of the four essential characteristics are practicality,openness,complexity,and diversity.The third part discusses the factors that influencing the quality of internal guarantee of the Master of the Education degree.According to the theory of circulation,the various parts of the quality internal guarantee are divided four aspects which are planning,implementation,inspection and processing.The four aspects as four dimensions used to discuss the affecting quality internal guarantee of postgraduate education the master of education.In the fourth part,from the perspective of the four-dimensional study,through questionnaires and interviews,the specific situation,practical experience,and problems of the Master of Education degree.The last part focuses on the problems what is existing in postgraduate education for the Master of Education degree in Guang Xi.And discusses the strategies for improving education quality with the concept mechanism,selection mechanism,practice mechanism,dual tutor system,review mechanism,feedback mechanism,and supervision mechanism.Wish improve the quality and level of the Master of Education degree in Guang Xi.
