The “learning plan teaching” teaching model has been widely accepted in the realization of the change of learning method and improve the students’ learning achievement, and attract the most teachers to participate in the study and practice of “the design and the use of learning plan”. The design of learning plan had some forms as stationary, concept map, diagram type, outline and material type. The plan became the “Workbook” and “Exercise thin” because of lots of questions and tests. A part of students pay attention to complete the learning plan and ignore the understanding of knowledge. Learning plan teaching change into “modeled”. It has no life and resulted in negative tired of emotions when students are facing constant learning plan in each class every day. This study intends to design a new kind of learning, research and teaching practice, in order to solve the shortage of the current learning plan.This research mainly adopts the method of combining literature research and action research in order to explore and design various and interesting learning plan, to improve the middle school biology teaching with learning plan made a beneficial attempt. In this study, the biological activities and games will be used for learning plan in the new curriculum, consolidation of knowledge and recitations flexibly. It will contact the teaching content, scientific history, life common sense with the learning content that presented to students in a novel and unique way as far as possible. The combination of biological activities and games with learning plan teaching, in the form of rich and colorful inspire students to promote and improve the students’ learning initiative, enthusiasm and creativity.This study puts forward new ideas for “learning plan teaching”. The results showed that playing learning plan to improve student achievement, increased interest in learning. Research on learning plan teaching is a continuous exploration and continuous improvement process. For the biological activity and games in the use of the learning plan teaching, the teacher should make reasonable choice and effective implementation according to the learning situation of the students, teaching content and type of course.
