With the continuous expansion of enrollment scale of Higher Vocational and technical school, pay close attention to the construction of a have both ability and political integrity of teachers in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to enhance the training quality of talents of Higher Vocational Education in our country. In the short time it is difficult to form a reasonable professional structure, student teacher ratio coordination of full-time teachers under, how to strengthen the external teacher performance management, play part-time teachers strength, improve talents in higher vocational colleges training quality is any higher vocational technical school to seriously consider the topic of the times.Using the basic theories and methods of management, pedagogy, psychology and other subjects, this paper discusses the problems and Countermeasures of the performance management of the external teachers of Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational College. In the study design, the first clear the relevant concepts, the relevant theory of the performance management of foreign teachers in Higher Vocational colleges; On this basis, through the field survey on the status quo, problems and causes of external teacher performance management of Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational College, and finally, combined with the actual situation of Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational College school positioning, professional settings, personnel training objectives, teaching conditions and other practical situations, this study puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the improvement of the performance management of the external teachers of Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational College in Xinjiang.The paper considers that the performance management of the external teachers of Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational College is still in the exploration stage, the performance management of the external teachers is not perfect, the main problems include: Lack of effective communication, performance evaluation index system is not perfect, the performance evaluation of the phenomenon still exists, the lack of feedback mechanism, such as the lack of feedback mechanism. In view of the above problems can be taken as a countermeasure: Establish a correct external teacher performance management concept, build a multi participation of the external teacher performance plan to develop mechanism, further improve the external teacher performance evaluation system, strengthen the external teacher performance management communication and play, pay attention to the performance evaluation results in the use of external teacher management.
